trip to the farmers market for flowers

So I took a trip to the Rockford Farmers Market on saturday morning and I ended up
choosing these amazing Lisianthus flowers. They remind me of tea roses or something
very elegant and fragile like that. They have such simple beauty and very reminiscent of
days gone by. These flowers are great for cutting and are long lasting in a roomy vase or pitcher. Lisianthus are found in the southern parts of the united states, mexico and the carribean. I love to place them in an old pitcher and put them bedside. At times I will move my flowers from room to room, so that I can enjoy them all day long. This could be my next painting you never know.
