Just getting back from a business trip to California. While the husband worked, I played all day. This picture was taken from a drive along the pacific coast at Pebble Beach. The famous 17 mile drive is definitely worth the $9.00 fee, although if you go later in the afternoon the fee is waived. We didn't get charged and we caught a most glorious sunset. We stayed at the nearby Hyatt Hotel in Monterey. The food was really good, but the buildings and ground were old. They have recently overgone a hotel renovation in the rooms, so expect a nice room with flat screens and the whole bit. I would stay again, but a long weekend would be ideal. I want a little more luxury!
