Here is a spin on a traditional flag banner for a party. I thought this was absolutely adorable. They can be made with recycled materials and embellished with anything and everything. Just love it! This banner was made using a strand of lights for the base, with stips of ivory and beige cotton muslin. They added blue and clear crystals for added bling. It was also handcrafted with tiny little beige bows with faux pearls in the center and long strands of faux pearls adding that elegance one might like. These banners are an ideal decoration for a wedding shower, baby shower or any party for that matter. All you have to do is add the appropriate paraphernalia. Why keep it draped on the wall or a hallway, add it over the window as shown here. The possibilities are endless. Happy recycling!
